The House
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests in refined comfort. It features four double bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, as well as two twin bedrooms with in-room washbasins and two shared adjacent bathrooms. Most twin rooms can be converted into doubles upon request. Elegant reception spaces include a dining room and a spacious living room with a fireplace, both opening directly onto the gardens. The house is cooled by air-conditioning in the principal living spaces and bedrooms, ensuring comfort during the warmer summer months.
The outdoor area is highlighted by a beautifully positioned swimming pool (open May to September), complete with changing facilities, a minibar, and an outdoor shower. The pool area is now securely fenced for the safety and comfort of families.

THE POOLSIDE SUITE
The house's most spacious and private bedroom, this master suite opens directly onto the swimming pool terrace, making an early morning swim or a quiet evening by the water wonderfully effortless.
Arranged as a series of interconnected spaces, the suite unfolds from a charming bay-window sitting area — the perfect spot for writing, reading or simply taking in the view — into the bedroom itself, with its king-size bed and peaceful atmosphere. A generous walk-in wardrobe leads through to an elegant en-suite bathroom in soft Wedgwood blue tones.

THE TROPHY ROOM
Warm, intimate and full of character, the Trophy Room is one of the cosiest corners of the house. Furnished with a comfortable double bed and its own en-suite shower room, it offers a welcoming retreat after a day spent exploring the Veneto countryside.

The ROSE ROOM
Filled with sunlight throughout the day, the Rose Room enjoys wonderful views over the swimming pool and towards Villa Valmarana beyond. Its cheerful atmosphere and en-suite bathroom make it a delightful place to wake up each morning.
The BLUE ROOM
Flexible and welcoming, the Blue Room can be arranged as either a twin or double bedroom. With views across the gardens and towards the Valletta, it offers a peaceful place to unwind. A hand basin within the room adds convenience, while guests have access to both a shower room and a full bathroom just across the corridor.
THE WRITER'S ROOM
A quiet single bedroom overlooking the gardens and the Valletta, this room feels perfectly suited to reading, writing or simply enjoying a little solitude. The frieze around the ceiling depicts a railway scene as it was the original nursery room to the house: now more "grown up" creative endeavours can be nurtured here: your first novel?
Compact yet full of charm, it shares a shower room and a full bathroom across the corridor.
THE EAGLE ROOM
Once a cherished family bedroom, the Eagle Room overlooks the gardens and surrounding greenery, creating a calm and restful setting. The room is complemented by its own en-suite bathroom in soft green tones.
THE TEAL ROOM
Bright and comfortable, the Green Room features twin beds and lovely views across the gardens and Valletta. A hand basin within the room adds convenience, while a shower room and full bathroom are located just across the corridor. Ideal for friends, children or anyone seeking a peaceful countryside stay.
BATHROOM & Shower Rooms
A large, full family bathroom can be found on the first floor, filled with natural light and packed with charming vintage hand drawn tiles, depicting old nursery rhymes set off by the Wedgwood Blue walls. There is a walk-in shower room next to it. Both serve the three room nearby.

Guests are personally welcomed by our dedicated Villa Manager, who will oversee check-in and check-out and remain available throughout your stay to ensure a seamless experience. Following confirmation of booking, guests will receive our comprehensive House Book containing all essential information about what the villa offers, and you will be able to experience in the surrounding region.
A resident staff member lives discreetly in the lower level of the property and is available for assistance if required, while fully respecting guest privacy and independence.
