Prices per week for 2026

Individual nightly rates are available - minimum nights stay is 3, and 5 in high season:

Low season (07 January - 18 April, 31 October - 19 December):

€6.500 per week

Mid Season 1 (18 April - 16 May, 19 September - 31 October):

€7.750 per week

Mid season 2 (16 May - 20 June, 05 September - 19 September):

€9.000 per week

High Season (20 June - 05 September / 20 December - 6 January):

€12.500 per week

We can tailor individual lengths of stay to suit your requirements as much as possible: please be aware that, during certain periods of the year, a minimum number of days per booking will apply.

We Stayed in Villa San Bastiano Fogazzaro for a family Celebration, 7 adults and 4 children and it was perfect. House is beautiful and historic but also had everything we needed for our week there. The pool is fantastic and very secure with lockable gates, It is also perfectly positioned in the shade for the hottest hours in the middle of the day. We had eat-in meals on 3 of our 6 nights there and also had wine tasting of local wines. The food and wine were perfect and the convenience of not having to leave the house with four young children was fantastic. We would have no problem recommending Villa Fogazzaro San Bastiano.
